Drop your guard, close your eyes, and move your body as your heart and soul desires.
Join us at OBY for an evening of ecstatic dance, cacao, and sound. We'll explore the five elements—earth, air, fire, water, and spirit—through free movement designed to liberate body and mind. The session begins with a Cacao Ceremony to set your intention, followed by guided, element-inspired dance led by Chloe Stuart. Afterward, unwind with a relaxing crystal bowls sound bath.
Notes: This is a sober practice and a silent practice (we can chat and share our experiences together at the end!). Minimum recommended age is 15. This is a bare foot event.
