Our all-levels Summer Flow class emphasises the importance of breath, focus , stability and self-enquiry. Usually commencing with some stretching and sun salutations, the class then moves into more dynamic sequencing to help build strength, agility and flexibility. Whilst more advanced options are given to those students who are ready, we always make sure a beginning or injured student is safe and well looked after with appropriate modifications.
Absolutely NO experience necessary. All levels welcomed.
