Adding a little spice to your yoga by including a little more core work and strengthening exercises within an all-levels vinyasa flow class. At times, light hand or ankle weights, thera bands or exercises incorporating chi balls will be included. All props provided. Please bring a towel & water for class. 

Note: using the weights is completely optional.
