Designed to bring us back to our centre, anchor ourselves in the present moment and create more mindfulness in our daily lives, our MINDFUL RESET class is a combination of mindful movement (yoga or qi qong style exercises) breath work & guided meditations. We might also incorporate the healing vibration of sound to add to your experience; including Crystal and Tibetan Bowls, chimes, and/or mantra (voice). Wear comfy clothing. Props provided and chairs available.
