Suitable for all levels, our Sculpt practice is a combination of vinyasa yoga and mat pilates. Yogalates! Class will include everything you love about your normal yoga class (breath work, warm up stretches, salutations and flowing sequences) with a little extra emphasis placed on building strength & stamina. Class may include the use of hand and/or ankle weights, thera bands, chi balls, etc (pilates equipment). We might even throw in a burpee or two!
