EASTER SUNDAY : YIN+sound bath
Sunday 31st March @ 6:00pm - 2 hours of bliss
As daylight fades, let us gently transport you from the Yang mode of our busy daily lives into the delicious softer Yin side of evening with this two hour journey of sound, breath work & yin yoga.
Whilst Maggie (studio owner & senior teacher) guides your body into gentle & supported yin poses, Dan from Cymatic Harmony will create healing & soothing sounds & vibration with the Hand Pan, Crystal Harp, Rain Stick, Gongs & more. The combination of the two healing modalities (yin & sound) will create inner harmony & have you riding home on a wave of bliss.
No yoga experience is necessary & this session is suitable for all (ages 12 and over). All postures are extremely gentle (& optional) & done on the floor using props to help support & cushion the body. All props provided.
