SUMMER SUNSET SERIES - YIN+sound

As daylight fades, let us gently transport you from the Yang mode of our busy daily lives into the delicious softer Yin side of evening with this two hour journey of sound, breath work & yin yoga.
Whilst our senior teacher Jane Hone guides your body into gentle & supported yin yoga poses, Dan from Cymatic Harmony will create healing & soothing sounds & vibration with the Hand Pan, Crystal Harp, Rain Stick, Gongs & more. The combination of the two healing modalities (yin & sound) will help create inner harmony & have you riding home on a wave of bliss.
Absolutely no yoga experience necessary & this session is suitable for all (aged 12 and over). All postures are extremely gentle & use a plethora of yoga props to help support & cushion the body. All props provided.
