Suitable for all levels, our Summer Flow practice involves pairing the breath with fluid and mindful movement to create harmony between the mind, body and soul. The first part of class generally involves slow stretches & breathing exercises to warm up the body, followed by sun salutations and playful sequencing designed to build strength and agility. Modifications are given to accommodate your level of experience, including beginners or those with injury or limitations.
