Soak up the bliss as you bathe in our glorious YIN yoga class, where most of the poses are practiced on the floor and held using props for between two and five minutes. Yin yoga targets the connective tissues - in particular, the fascia - as opposed to the muscles, and assists in releasing tension, improving range of motion and developing the ability to be still and surrender. It also works through the meridians of the body to help heal and shift blockages. Simple yet challenging, this class is deeply grounding and will have you drifting out of the room on a tide of bliss. Classes vary from 60 to 75 minutes, and is practiced at room temperature in summer, and just a touch of heat during the cooler months.
